Login Problems
AnswerThe most common problems with login failure are: 1. Shift Lock is on. Username and Password are case sensitive, meaning they must be inputed exactly as shown in the email confirmation you were sent when you joined. Be sure Shift Lock is off. 2. Wrong login information being imputed. Be sure you are using the login information sent to you when you signed up and not login info for another account you may have. The email address is NOT typically the username. If you are not sure, click on "Lost Password" or "Forgot your username" that can be found on our login form, and you will be emailed your signup information within a few minutes. 3. Browser Cache. Your Browser, for example Internet Explorer, stores your Usernames and Passwords if you have cookies enabled (default). When you return to a site that requires a login the browser pulls up a previous cookie cached record. If you made an error logging in, the cache will repeat the error each time you attempt to log in. To remedy this problem, hit the refresh button on your browser and then manually type in your user name and password. If your browser pulls in the past record when you type the first few characters, delete them and type anew. If this not work then clear the browser cache. a. On Explorer go to Tools and then select Delete Browser History. Tick the Cookies button and then click on the delete button.Quit Explorer and restart Explorer and testb. On Firefox go to Tools and then "Clear Recent History" and then Clear Now. Quit Firefox and restart Firefox and test. 4.
